Meet Our Team Page:
Use this page to inform your visitors of what makes your real estate office/team different from your competition. You may also choose to mention all awards & designations that each agent has received. This section includes up to four agent profiles. Each agent will have their own profile page which includes up to 4 photos and up to 500 words about their credentials. Additional agent profiles may be added for a minimal fee.
My Listings Page:
This may be configured to point to an already pre-configured listings page such as Realtor.comŽ, your local MLS directory's database of listings, or a custom designed listings page developed by us. Your inventory of properties may be thumbnailed in a table format along with price, address, and a short description. This option allows ease of use and total control of your content. Each listing will have its own individual webpage in which you can include a more thorough description and additional photos. Individual listing pages may also be "Printed As A Flyer" and distributed accordingly! If you have virtual tours available for the property, we can hot link them from this page so that prospects may view them without leaving your website. Each property may also have a "Request More Information" hot link as well as mapping capability. We will maintain your listings, updating them daily (if possible), for a minimal fee. We also update listings automatically, easily.

This page should include such pertinent data as the population, weather/climate, school information, local attractions, etc. This page includes up to 4 photos and up to 500 words about your area.

This page is a professionally designed contact form that allows for the interaction between a visitor to your website and yourself. Future buyers may input their contact information and request more information on specific types of real estate for sale in your area directly and instantly from your website.
Sellers Information Request Page:
This page is a professionally designed contact form that allows for the interaction between a visitor to your website and yourself. Future sellers may input their contact information and request more information on the services you offer directly and instantly from your website.
Referrals Page:
This page is a professionally designed contact form that allows for the interaction between visiting real estate agents to your website and yourself. Real estate agents may input their contact information and comments to request a call-back from your office directly and instantly from your website. You may want to note your referral commission on this page as well.
Relocation Form:
This page is a professionally designed contact form that allows for the interaction between a visitor to your website and yourself. Prospects may input their contact information and request a relocation packet directly and instantly from your website.
Unlimited E-Mail Autoresponders: Use these autoresponders to alert your prospective clients of information such as your current schedule or simply as an instant "Thank You" each time they e-mail you. For example, you may setup an e-mail autoresponder named "Request@Your-Domain.com" and have it reply to all e-mail with a response thanking them for requesting a FREE Relocation Packet. In order to receive the e-mail sent to an autoresponder, you will need to setup an e-mail forwarder for that address as well. Directions for this may be found after logging into your Personal Control Panel, which is standard with all accounts.
Unlimited E-Mail Forwarding: Use this feature to setup e-mail forwarders based on your domain. For instance, "Realtor@Your-Domain.com" may be configured to forward all correspondence to "Your-Name@Your-ISP.com" while "Joey@Your-Domain.com" may be configured to forward all correspondence to "Your-Sons-Email@Their-ISP.com" All e-mail forwarders can easily be setup via your Personal Control Panel. This is a great way to get others to advertise your website! NOTE: You are responsible for making sure that all account activity complies with our terms of service. If you setup an e-mail forwarder for someone and they use it in a SPAM related manner, then your account will be terminated and you may be accessed a penalty!
Mailing List Manager: This is a program that allows you to add users to a custom newsletter or mailing list in which you can send the same e-mail message to everyone subscribed. The program supports mailing lists with up to 10,000 users and up to 10 different mailing lists! We recommend that you use this program to notify prospective clients of new listings or important information regarding your real estate services. Many clients use it to send out monthly newsletters.
Complete Website Statistics: There are a variety of programs that can be setup via your Personal Control Panel which will allow you to view up-to-the-minute statistics regarding your website traffic. You can also choose to receive daily reports detailing such information. You may also choose to use one of the net's "free website counters" if you desire. We will setup one type of statistical program for you absolutely free!
